About the Award

NABJ is looking for innovative journalists with a collection of interactive new tools that have creatively addressed community issues on any digital medium.  All entries must consist of a single story, series, or package on a single subject.

Eligibility Requirements

Entries must be in the English language and published or aired between January – December 2014.

Spot news, news analysis, editorials, columns and features are all eligible. Photography entries are accepted for black and white or color photojournalism work published. Student work is not eligible. For team submissions, name a primary contact as the entrant. This person must have played a lead or key role in the submitted work. You must be a current NABJ full member to submit an entry for the Gannett Foundation Award.
