Entry Fee Details

Required Material

The award is for a published portfolio of work; a single photo story or essay
does not qualify. Entries should not exceed 7 items (a picture story or essay counts as one item; however, no more than 60 photographs may be submitted in the entire entry). Work must be submitted as originally presented. If published in color, it must be judged in color. No video

Include a nominating or cover letter. Be sure to include the name of the person who should
be notified if the entry is declared a winner or finalist along with their contact information: phone
number, e-mail address and mailing address (not a post office box number).

Entry Format

Using our online entry site, entrants should submit photographs saved
as 200dpi jpg files at 5x7 inches for digital viewing. Entrants may submit as optional supporting material PDFs of the pages on which their work appeared or links to photos published online. This is optional, not required.

Please do not submit zip files. Instead, enter up to 60 photos individually as jpgs or place the
jpgs in a folder on an online site of your choosing (i.e. websites such as Dropbox) and submit a link to the folder. You will find areas on the entry site for submitting files and links. When labeling files submitted online, use your name and number them in the sequence you would like them to be viewed (i.e. "smith14"). Captions should be included for every photograph in the file information area and included as a separate text document. Be sure to reference each photo's name with the captions you provide in a separate document so judges can match them with the photo the correct photo.

NOTE: Our competition offers one entry site with fields that ask for information that may not
apply to your entry. When you encounter this fill the field with "does not apply" so that the
system will permit you to move to the next step.
