The overall goal for the Foreign Staffing, Inc. International Business journalism Intern will be to assist in researching and writing about topics about globalization, international business, law, marketing, human resources and different cultures

Requirements

Education: • Working toward a Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Journalism or International Business • Experience in Human Resources, Staffing or Recruiting a Plus Personal skills and abilities include the following: 1. Punctual 2. Dependable 3. Professional 4. Self-motivated 5. Able to Multi-task 6. Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word 7. Able to communicate their thoughts concisely in oral and written forms 8. Able to effectively manage their time 9. Experience in writing articles for magazines and/or websites Skills Required - LinkedIn, Business Writing, Internet Research, Business Journalism Preferred - Twitter, Social Media, International, Global Alliances

Responsibilities

Intern’s Responsibilities Include: 1. Position will report to CEO. 2. Assist in researching and writing about topics about globalization, international business, law, marketing, human resources and different cultures 3. Assist in developing website content, submit articles to article directories (intern will receive all byline credit for each article written). 4. Assist in writing and submitting press releases to local, regional, and national media, and research additional potential media outlets. 5. Assist with developing strategies and content for the effective use of new media, such as blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter The overall goal for interns will be to assist in the development of content for Foreign Staffing, Inc., and to acquire experience in the field of journalism.
