Requirements

Basic Qualifications: •All students must be eligible to work in the US •All students must be at least 18 years old •You must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class – OR – be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months - OR - be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program in order to qualify for this internship. •All students must be available to work a minimum of 5 full work days (4 hours/day), for a total of 20 hours/week and must be available to work the months of September through December for the 12 week program. •All students must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship •All students must have a working kNowledge of and an interest in Production and Post Production •All applicants should be highly organized and detailed oriented, and have an eagerness to learn Preferred Qualifications: •Undergraduate students in their Junior or Senior year •Strong interest in Television and the Entertainment Industry •Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher •Working kNowledge of both a PC and Mac •Working kNowledge of Editing Software Additional Information: Compensation: Intern positions are paid employment opportunities. Responsibilities

Responsibilities: The Disney Channels Worldwide (DCWW) Production Department works will all long form production for Disney Channel and ABC Family. This includes all TV series and made for TV Movies. The Production intern will be exposed to all aspects of TV and Feature production and post-production. From attending production meetings, table reads to audience tapings, mixing sessions and editing, the intern will be able to learn various areas of production. • Assisting with organizing the production office, • Work closely with the Production Coordinator with Asset Management • Assisting with various Post Production projects. ***Note: This internship is part-time, but requires 5 days of availability.
